Biography
Emma’s interest in nursing began with two years of service as a health and development Peace Corps volunteer in Rwanda. She then worked for two years as an ER/Trauma nurse in New York, and then five years in the UCSF Medical Center ER before earning her MSN from UCSF School of Nursing and starting the fellowship. Her interests outside of critical care include palliative care and global health. She is thrilled to continue her career at UCSF as a nurse practitioner fellow.
