Biography
Megan earned her Bachelor's degree in Molecular Cell Biology from UC Berkeley. After working as an EMT in critical care transport and for a major southern California theme park, she decided to pursue her Master's in Nursing at Yale. During her MSN program, Megan was involved with the "Haven Free Clinic" and became a published nurse researcher. She assisted one of her professors in testing the effectiveness of a unique program for teaching physical assessment and auscultation skills. She is board certified as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau honor society.
